Responsibilities
The Finance Department provides financial support services to all departments of the city government and entities. The department works with the City Council and Administration in preparing the annual city budget and financial reports. Finance is also responsible for:
- Accounting and auditing
- Receipts and disbursements
- Cash management and investing city funds
- Special assessments
- Utility billing
Goals
Our goal is to ensure the City can sustainably fund and deliver essential services through responsible financial management and a strong commitment to transparency and accountability.
