The City of Buffalo’s application for Small Cities Development Program (PDF) funding has been approved. Central Minnesota Housing Partnership will act as the General Administrator of the program, and I will be your contact. Funding was awarded to complete a minimum of 9 owner-occupied rehab projects, for low to moderate income households.
There will be a kickoff meeting to discuss and answer questions relevant to the program. It is scheduled for Tuesday, March 1st at the Buffalo City Center from 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM. Applications will first be made available at this kick-off meeting. The applications will be processed on a first come first served basis.
