Drug Drop

Beyond Waste Drug Drop Program

The Buffalo Police Department, in partnership with Wright County Environmental Services, is piloting an ongoing Drug Drop Program for all of Wright County to provide a secure and environmentally sound method of medication disposal. In order to provide an alternative to tossing or flushing unwanted drugs, and allowing the possibility of them getting into the hands of children, please stop by the Police Department to dispose of your personal items safely and securely. The Drop-Off Depository is located in the lobby of the Police Building. It is accessible during regular business hours. Leave the items in the original containers. If you wish, mark out any personal information on the containers, but please leave the name of the drug on the bottle. All drop offs are anonymous and confidential.

No questions asked-just stop and drop.
