Effective July 1, 2025, the City of Buffalo Municipal Utilities will no longer accept payments at the Cub Foods drop box to protect our team and improve efficiency. Please submit payments via our website, automated payment line, in person or via our drop box at Buffalo City Center, which will remain available 24/7. Please call the City of Buffalo Utility Billing department at 763-682-1001 with questions or to set up a new payment method.
