In conjunction with National Preservation Month, the Heritage Preservation Advisory Board (HPAB) presented certificates to the owners of the first three homes accepted
into the Century Homes Program at the City Council meeting held on Monday, May 19, 2025.
The homes recognized are:
• 506 Lake Boulevard South, circa 1900 (Stephanie & John Wisecarver)
• 309 Division Street E, circa 1911 (Derick Dehmer & Lindsay Quady)
• 208 2nd Street NW, circa 1889 (Erin Walsh)
