Our goal is to provide the best possible electric utility service to the community of Buffalo.  As the community grows, so does the demand for reliable electricity and services. We continue to strive to improve services through system improvements and implementing new technologies.

During this past year we have continued to undertake projects to improve system reliability. Projects included completion of two new underground distribution circuits; one for the western portion of the City of Buffalo and the other to the east along highway 55 to accommodate new development and enhance reliability. Also this past year we have completed another rebuilding a major overhead distribution line to protect against outages caused by overloading and storm conditions. Other projects include underground and overhead transformer replacement.
