SEC. 1.01. APPLICATION. The provisions of this Chapter shall be applicable to all the chapters, sections, subdivisions, paragraphs and provisions in the City Code, and the City Code shall apply to all persons and property within the City of Buffalo, Minnesota, and within such adjacent area as may be stated in specific provisions.
